- Before clicking the “Live TV” menu, wait until it has closed.
- As soon as you’re on the television screen, click the “Recommended” button to the right.
- The message “Network Disconnected.” will appear. Click “Yes”.
- In order to access the Network settings, you must enter your WiFi network details.
Smartphones can now be used as remote controls
If you use the USB mouse with your LG TV, you can use your smartphone as a remote control once you connect to the TV’s WiFi network.
As our TVs cannot be connected to the internet until our smartphones are used, we had to use our USB mice in the beginning.
In case your TV and smartphone are connected to the same WiFi network, you can use the LG remote control.
In the case of LG TVs and phones on different networks, you cannot sync them.

You will then be able to click “OK”.

The LG TV should be connected to your router using an Ethernet cable
In order to connect to your LG TV over Ethernet, you need to check if it has a LAN port.
In addition to plugging into your router’s LAN port, you must also plug the cable into your TV.
It should now be possible to connect the LG TV to the internet. Try unplugging and replugging the TV for a few seconds if this does not work.
Once the TV is rebooted, the internet connection should now be visible.
