How to find the power button on a Roku TV
For those who have lost their Roku remote, they can turn on their TV by pressing the power button.
The power button location on your TV will ultimately depend on the model, make, and year of your TV. You should check these four main spots (remember to look at the front of the TV no matter which direction you follow).
1) Middle, underside
Your Roku TV usually has its power button under the center of the screen. Many people are unaware that this button exists. It is not difficult to locate.
You can find it on the bottom of your phone, slightly forward, or slightly backward, depending on your model.
It is just a matter of feeling around under there until you find it.
2) Right side of TV, back
The power button for your Roku TV is likely to be located in the back right corner, if you have searched and searched for it.
There is an awkward location and difficulty reaching the power button on the Roku.
Look at the back of your TV on the right side, where it is slightly away from the wall. The power button is located here.

The power button is located behind the receiver. Many people overlook this button. By pressing this small button you can turn on or off the television.

If you are unable to find the power button on your television, you can turn it on with the Roku App!
Roku is available through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. In either store, type in “Roku” to download the app.
When the app is downloaded, you should search for nearby Roku devices. The Roku TV should be found there. Click it to connect.
Roku TV can be connected to your phone with the Roku app, and your TV can be turned on with its remote.
All you have to do is press the red power button!
If your TV cannot be found after you download the app, you must follow these steps:
- Roku should be closed
- Unplug your TV to turn it off
- Connect your TV again after waiting at least 10 seconds
- Reopen the Roku app after 30 seconds
Use a remote control for cable or satellite
You can also turn on the TV using an extra remote if you have one lying around.

Replacing a remote is not expensive. Purchasing a spare may be a good idea.
