Inteset Universal Remote Control Programming

This is the Intelset INT-422 4-in-1 Universal Backlit IR Learning Remote Control Programming. Inteset Universal Remotes can be configured easiest by following the steps below. Several operating systems have already been preprogrammed into this remote control, such as Apple TV, Xbox One, Windows Media Center, and Roku. The remote does not need to be programmed if you own one of those devices. Please see the steps below if you would like to program it to work with your TV, DVD, Blu-ray, or another device.

Inteset INT-422 4-in-1 Universal Backlit IR Learning Remote Control Programming

The Inteset Universal Remote can be programmed as follows:

Locate the remote control setup codes for your new audio and video devices before programming your Inteset remote control. Here are the remote codes that you can find by searching for your component’s name in the top right box and searching for remote codes here.

Follow these steps to program your remote control to work with your device once you have the remote code for it:

1 – Start the device with the remote control that you will be using (TV, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.)

2 – If you wish to program a different remote, press the Device key (A, B, C, or D).

3 – Once you see the red light blinking twice, press and hold the SET button on the remote control.

4 – Choose the first setup code from the database search that corresponds to the device (TV – DVD – BLU-RAY – ETC). Enter the digits as the LED blinks one time. The LED should blink twice if it is valid.

NOTE: When you enter the code, the LED should blink two times. If it does not, then repeat steps 2-4.

5 – You should point and press the remote’s POWER button toward the device at hand (TV – DVD – Bluray – ETC). Hopefully, the device will shut down. In the event that it doesn’t work, repeat steps 3-5 and try every code for your component until you find one that does.

6 – Steps 1-5 should be repeated for each other device you want to control.

Note: For devices such as AppleTV, Xbox One, Windows Media Center System, and Roku, the setup codes are preprogrammed to the A, B, C, and D buttons on the remote. The pre-programming can be overwritten with your own setup codes if you do not use one or more of these devices.
