Logitech’s remote control app connects to the internet and gives you the following features:

- Click on “ADD DEVICE”
- Select “SATELLITE” from the “DEVICES” section
- Select “BEYOND PLATINUM” from the “MANUFACTURER” drop-down list.
- (DO NOT use inverted commas. You must type the words Explora MODE1 or Explora MODE2 as shown) Under “MODEL” type “Explora MODE1” or “Explora MODE2”.
- You should now be able to use your remote
