Here are some simple steps you can follow. 

1. You will need to manually turn on your streaming devices, such as Roku / Apple TV / Fire TV and TV.
2. Hold down the “Stream” button on your remote while pointing it at the player panel.
3. Press and hold both the On/Off and the “On” buttons simultaneously until the light is turned off and back on again.
4. On your remote, press the Play or Slow buttons for five seconds.
5. You should now be able to turn off your streaming player.
6. This means that the streaming player is working if it turns off. You may have to press the Play or Slow button again if it doesn’t turn off the Streaming player. Press the Play or Slow button every five seconds until the device shuts off.
7. The device programming can be saved in the remote’s memory by pressing and releasing the Stop button.
